Spread Rate : 10-12 sq.mt/ltr. The spread rate varies considerably depending on the texture,
porosity of the surface being painted.

SPECIFICATIONS
I. New Unpainted Concrete surface: All surfaces must be clean, dry and sanded. Apply three coats of Tosha Emulsion directly with the recommended dilution.
II. Previously Painted Surfaces: If existing paint work is in good condition, the surface should be cleaned, sanded and then apply three coats of Tosha Emulsion.
III. Brick and Asbestos: These should be sealed with one coat of Duracoat Acrylic Sealer to reduce absorption followed by three coats of Tosha Emulsion paint.
IV. Unpainted Hardboards or Plaster Boards: Apply one coat of Duracoat White or Pink Wood Primer followed by three coats of Tosha Emulsion Paint.
