Finish: Full gloss.
Application: Apply by brush, roller or spray.
Thinning: DuraCoat High Gloss Enamel is supplied ready for use. If any thinning is
required, use DuraCoat White Spirit.
Drying time: Dust free 2-4 hours, Re-coatable 24 hours under normal weather conditions.
Cleaning: Clean equipment with Duracoat White Spirit.
Colour Range: Available in a wide range of colours from DuraCoat Color Card, DuraCoat Classic and Color Plus Fandeck.
Spread Rate: 14 to 16 sq.mts.per litre depending on surface texture and porosity.
Pack Sizes: 1 litre , 4 litre, 20 litres
SPECIFICATIONS
All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from grease or rust. All loose and flaking paint or powdery materials must be removed completely. Using the recommended primers/undercoats and sanding the surface prior to painting will ensure a smooth high gloss finish.
New wood surfaces: Apply one coat of DuraCoat Aluminium or White Wood Primer, allow to dry 24 hours drying before applying one coat of DuraCoat Universal Undercoat (White or suitable color to match the finish coat). After allowing a further 24 hours drying time, apply one or two coats of DuraCoat High Gloss Enamel at 24 hours intervals
New metal surfaces: Depending on the nature of the metal, prime with DuraCoat Matt Redoxide or Zinc Chromate Primer prior to applying DuraCoat Universal Undercoat and DuraCoat High Gloss Enamel as above.
Previously Painted Surfaces: Rub down thoroughly with sandpaper and apply as in New Metal surfaces above.
