Ngao Red Oxide Primer is a single pack, alkyd-based economical primer for metals in mild environment.

It has been designed for decorative/ industrial use on metals where it produces a matt finish, which should be overcoated within 1 month and is not suitable for use in highly corrosive atmospheres particularly in coastal regions, where Zinc Phosphate Primer is recommended.

The substrates where most recommended include; Steelwork, machinery, metal casement windows, heavy, structural steelwork and light gauge metal structures. Ngao Red Oxide Primer is economical, Quick-drying, has Good opacity and adhesion, single pack system hence ease of application and Provides firm base for subsequent enamels.
