Application Details : Mixing Add 1 part water to 2 ½ parts of powder. Mix until a soft putty-like paste is formed. Avoid adding too much or too little water since this can reduce the strength when dry. Use within 1 hour after mixing. (dependant on relevant temperatures)

Cleaning : With Water
Drying time : Dry to handle (5mm thickness) - 30 min at 23 °C
Re-application (5mm thickness) - 4 hr at 23 °C.
Overcoating : With Solvent based paint - 24 hrs at 23°C
With Water based paint - 4 hrs at 23°C
Storage : Store away from direct sun, and humid conditions, preferably in a cool dry place.
Packaging : 0.50 kg, 2.5 kg, 25 kg and 50 kg
Surface Preparation
• Open cracks to a “V” shape sufficiently to allow the filler to be pressed into position.
• Clean away dust, grease and grime from surface.
• Remove enamel paint in poor condition with Paint remover
• Paint nail heads inside cracks with metal primer
Application
• Always use a clean container for mixing
• Mix only sufficient material for use within one hour. It is natural for the mixed material to thicken as it
ages. Discard it when it becomes too thick for use - do not add water to thin.
• Fill the crack filler proud of the surface, allow to set thoroughly and then sand to a smooth finish.
• Do not apply SUPAFIX CRACKFILLER in thin films (< 2 mm) as the product will dry too quickly and
hence not harden properly.
• Fill holes and cracks greater than 10 mm deep with more than one application to avoid possible
cracking.
Caution
• SUPAFIX CRACKFILLER is not suitable for use in damp or wet conditions.
• Do not use SUPAFIX CRACKFILLER that appears lumpy or gritty in the packet - This is a sign that it had
been exposed to damp and should be discarded.
• Clean up any spilt powder immediately.
Safety Precautions
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Avoid inhalation of powder/dust.
• Ensure good ventilation during application and drying.
• In case of skin contact, wash with soap and water.
• Harmful if swallowed. Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention.
• Avoid contact with eyes. In case of eye contact, wash with copious amounts of water and consult a
doctor.
