Crown Oil Varnish Stain is a stain-based varnish made from an alkyd resin producing a gloss finish for protection and decoration of interior wooden furniture. It is useful for use in new and previously varnished timber surfaces like door panels and frames, counters, timber pelmets, skirting boards, wall partitioning etc.

It is economical, has excellent adhesion to timber, high spreading capacity, is single pack hence ease of application and is available in 6 shades:

• Natural Oak
• Light Oak
• Medium Oak
• Dark Oak
• Walnut
• Mahogany

Spreading Capacity per coat depends on film thickness applied, type of texture, surface porosity, imperfections, temperature & wastage during varnishing.

Spreading is 13 – 15 m2/l per coat when applied on a smooth sealed surface. Maximum spread rate per coat is obtained at minimum dry film thickness and vice versa.
